Performance Marketing Specialist
We're seeking an experienced and data-driven individual to manage paid performance media accounts (Meta, Google Ads, Tiktok) from start to finish. You'll be responsible for crafting winning strategies, executing campaigns across search engines and social media, and analyzing results to ensure success.
Performance Marketing
Plan, design and develop all digital paid marketing ad campaigns on advertising accounts (Google/Facebook/Instagram/Tiktok) aligned with marketing objectives to drive lead acquisition.
Dive deep into campaign data and analytics to identify growth, trends, and opportunities, and identify key drivers for customer acquisition.
Translate insights and data into actions. Measure and report campaign performance, and provide actionable insights that drive results and overall growth.
Stay up-to-date with direct/indirect competitors’ strategies for opportunities.
Work with the graphic designers and production team in ad production.
Design ad funnels using relevant tools to strategize and execute successful campaigns.
Other Marketing Functions
Work closely with Marketing Manager on the planning and execution of other marketing initiatives.
Work on any ad-hoc projects if required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Work with media agencies for brand marketing campaigns/collaboration.

Proven working experience in performance marketing campaigns.
Detailed understanding/knowledge of paid media advertising.
Experience with various marketing analytics tools and ability to analyze data from multiple sources.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking individual.
