Role Overview:

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will lead the charge in increasing brand visibility, customer acquisition, and retention through data-driven marketing strategies. You will craft compelling campaigns and messaging, optimize digital touchpoints, and implement growth experiments that amplify BeFound Studios' reach and impact. You will play a key role in shaping our marketing strategy, positioning the brand effectively in the beauty education sector, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from discovery to advocacy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand building, especially within consumer services or goods, combined with expertise in digital and performance marketing to drive measurable business results.

This is a work-from-office position, and you will thrive in our start-up environment where collaboration, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving are key. You will work closely with a passionate and creative team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that values innovation and hands-on contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth & Performance Marketing

  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies leveraging digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing) to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Implement, test, and scale performance marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels (social media, email, search, and partnerships).
  • Optimize conversion funnels, customer journeys, and lead nurturing sequences.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to enhance ROI.
  • Manage budgets effectively to achieve business goals.

Brand Strategy & Content Development

  • Shape BeFound Studios' brand positioning, storytelling, and messaging.
  • Oversee the development of engaging content that resonates with our audience (social media, emails, community platforms, video scripts).
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and influencers to create brand-aligned content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

Community & Partnership Growth

  • Build and nurture a strong community around BeFound Studios through social engagement, events, and activations.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships that align with our brand's vision (e.g., collaborations with wellness, fashion, and lifestyle brands).
  • Engage with customers, influencers, and advocates to foster brand loyalty.

Product Marketing & Customer Experience

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new programs and services.
  • Gather customer insights to improve offerings and optimize marketing messaging.
  • Work closely with sales and customer experience teams to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in growth and performance marketing, and digital marketing.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, including digital ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO) , analytics, and ROI optimisation.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, marketing automation tools).
  • Proven track record of growing brands, customer acquisition and retention strategies through digital channels.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to execute campaigns end-to-end.
  • Background in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and collaboration is a bonus
  • Excellent storytelling, branding, and copywriting skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
