Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Executive Culinary Operations Manager to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills and extensive experience in managing kitchen operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of food, as well as managing staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as culinary arts or hospitality management.
- At least 8 years of experience in a senior culinary management role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Strong knowledge of menu planning, inventory management, and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
