With the LKCMedicine entering a new phase in its exciting development, the medical school is looking for a dynamic outreach coordinator to provide administrative support to the team in promoting and enhancing the reputation of the School through strategic communications and outreach.
Based at the School's Novena campus, the candidate will work closely with LKCMedicine Director, Communications & Outreach, assisting with all marketing promotional works, events, publicity and media monitoring as well as branding campaigns in-person and on social media.
The appointment will be key as the School enters its next phase of development where the Collaboration Agreement to establish the medical school with Imperial College London will conclude successfully in the next few years. S/he will be a crucial member of the Communications & Outreach team at LKCMedicine, supporting the Assistant Director, Events and Outreach in facilitating administrative processes for projects with NTU, NHG, stakeholders and partner institutions, and departments within NTU-LKCMedicine to further enhance/build the LKCMedicine reputation, and position the medical school as a world-class institution of research, education and organisational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Events planning and organisation
Assists in the detailed planning and coordination of events, working closely with the Events Manager to ensure all aspects of event preparation are attended to.
Liaising with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to secure necessary resources and ensure smooth event execution.
Handling administrative responsibilities, preparing briefings, and managing all required paperwork to guarantee the timely delivery of high-quality events.
Preparation of ITQs, oversight of budget milestones and archiving of documents
Works with team members to gather required info for drafting and submitting ITQ documents and other paperwork for procuring of services.
Supports with budget monitoring, utilisation and submissions of paperwork for invoice milestones.
Contributes to the archives of events and outreach documents by the team, and visual material including photos and videos.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business management, Office management, Media or Communications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Proactive and adaptable, with strong problem-solving abilities.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
This is a temporary appointment till 31 March 2026.
