Temporary HR Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist with recruitment-related administrative tasks. This temporary role will focus on supporting candidate mapping, outreach, and other essential administrative duties to streamline recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Mapping: Extract and organize candidate information from LinkedIn and other platforms.
Maintain and update a database of potential candidates. - Candidate Outreach: Connect with potential candidates using the provided LinkedIn account.
Respond to initial candidate inquiries professionally and promptly. - CV Formatting: Review, format, and organize candidate CVs to align with company standards.
Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all CV presentations. - Administrative Support: Handle data entry and management in recruitment systems or spreadsheets.
Assist in coordinating recruitment-related activities and tasks as needed.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proficiency in LinkedIn for sourcing and outreach.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in recruitment support or HR administration is a plus.
