Business Development Specialist
A dynamic and innovative trading firm is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team.
- We are looking for an ambitious professional with expertise in financial markets, particularly CFDs and online trading platforms, to help drive revenue growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and nurturing high-potential leads across multiple social platforms, utilizing research, data filtering, and tactical engagement strategies. Key responsibilities include:
- Research and identify qualified prospects through platform-specific research and prospecting.
- Initiate and nurture conversations with potential leads via direct messages, comments, and thought-leadership engagement.
- Qualify leads based on trading experience, interest level, and deposit capacity.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with lead activity, notes, and pipeline stages.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Management team to hand off warm leads for onboarding.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese, as well as deep familiarity with LinkedIn and X as social selling tools. Additionally, they should have understanding of the financial trading ecosystem, including retail traders, platforms, leverage, and common instruments.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years' experience in sales, lead generation, or business development roles, preferably in the CFD/FX/Fintech space.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
- Familiarity with CRMs and outreach tools, such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
