Responsibilities:
Tender Management:
  • Identify and evaluate tender opportunities
  • Lead, strategize and coordinate the entire tender management process in collaboration with the tender owner, product and country/branch
  • Review tender details - requirements, opportunities & risk
  • Establish input methodology, pricing strategy, stakeholders (internal & external) and milestones
  • Initiate and chair tender kick off and review calls with internal and external stakeholders
  • Consolidate and review data input to ensure the Company's competitive edge
  • Coordinate final review and approval before external submission
  • Support the implementation of a successful tender
  • Establish and ensure a consistent execution of the post tender process (i.e. monitor the success rate, competitor pricing, de-brief with clients, track the next tender cycle, etc)
  • Establish effective and efficient procedures to monitor, validate and control data quality across the tender management process
  • Represent the region in the development and implementation of global tools, company guidelines and standards, safeguarding local regulations and guidelines
Stakeholder Management:
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • Provide periodic, consistent and constructive feedback
  • Maintain a fair and inclusive work environment, fostering partnership and solidarity within the team
