Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
Ensure delivery orders meet customer's RDD (Requested Delivery Date).
Monitor and ensure Goods Issue (GI) from LSP warehouse is carried out on the date of delivery.
Review daily trip plan and request revision if needed.
Ensure LSP manages specific logistics requirements of each customer.
Ensure IOD closing by LSP is in line with the deadline agreed upon.
Check and ensure all PODs submitted by LSP are endorsed by the receiver.
Engage Sales team for request of delivery forecast and share the information with LSP for preparation of resources.
Liaise with LSP and Sales on all matters related to home delivery and installations, even during weekends.
Ensure all outbound KPIs are met.
Coordinate overall LD operation with SOD and Sales team.
Check Manual DO's PUMI before arranging delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
- Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
- Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures.
- Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
- Typical entry point for university graduates.
