Job Overview

This position oversees maintenance work by planning and supervising, including the delegation of tasks to sub-contractors and staff.

  • Coordinate Preventive Maintenance schedules to guarantee optimal performance of building management systems (BMS), distributed control systems (DCS), programmable logic controllers (PLC), and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems.
  • Perform routine checks, system backups and restoration, troubleshooting, and upgrading or improvement of systems to ensure their optimal functioning.
  • Document servicing and maintenance data, generate service reports, and provide technical operational guidance to facility managers.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent is required.
  • Knowledge of BMS/PLC/HVAC would be advantageous.
  • Training will be provided for those without or with lesser experience.
