To provide administrative role and co-ordination support to maintenance / project team
- Co-ordination between customers and clients for scheduling of maintenance / Landscape works
- Co-ordinate Landscape work for maintenance team
- Answering in-coming phone calls and perform general office duties as and when required
- Prepare quotation and to handle customer enquiries
- To manage and supervise workers in all horticultural operations, tree pruning and removal works and maintenance.
- Lead the execution and coordination of landscaping works and landscape maintenance works.
- Plan work schedules, manpower and equipment according to contract specifications.
- Attend and coordinate to clients’ requests, meetings and provide creative solutions for landscape issues.
- Conduct monthly site assessments to inspect horticultural practices and landscape quality requirements.
