**Key Task or Responsibilities**:
To coordinate Maintenance Activities between Production and Technical department. Support
GCM/SDM MA & MO activities. Support work permit and authorization activities.
- Participate in Daily operation and maintenance meetings to support both operation and
maintenance activities by keeping status updated with plan.
- Coordinates all maintenance activities including safe permit issuance, lockout-tagout
preparation, GSAP approval, and supporting relevant parties to effectively complete the
maintenance works as needed.
- Actively prepare equipment from maintenance phase to commissioning of equipment to ensure
the completed jobs function well.
- Supports Capital Project/MOC activities in view of blanking, isolation, LOTO and flushing plans
are followed to ensure safe handling.
- Work closely with the Maintenance engineers on Transition and Turn Around activities from
planning stage to commissioning stage.
- Prepare markup PIDs covering all the GCM activities to be completed during the transition
period for safe and timely start-up.
- Coordinate with shift team supervisors to ensure maintenance jobs such as cleaning, washing
and technical or in-house contractors follow up jobs are completed before handing over to
production.
- Support work permitting and work authorization activities.
- To perform any other duties or assignments as assigned by superiors.
**Our Requirements**:
- Related working experience in the chemical industry.
- Diploma/Degree in relevant field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in maintenance planning and coordination.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Independent and able to work effectively with individuals at all levels of organization.
- Computer skills are required including MS Office Word, PowerPoint,
