Corporate Communications and Inside Sales Specialist
You should have 6 to 10 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in business or management. As a candidate, you should be a strategic thinker and planner with a passion for innovation. Strong skills in planning, process orientation, written and verbal communication are essential for this role.Your responsibilities will include managing both the existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities. Keeping records of customer interactions, handling complaints, comments, inquiries, and developing proposals and presentations for new business materials are key tasks. Identifying trends, customer needs, and building a sales pipeline in line with targets will be crucial.You will also assist in coordinating and implementing marketing strategies, motivating the team, tracking performance, and reporting metrics. Monitoring industry trends, meeting with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy, managing proposal responses, generating new leads, and implementing outbound sales and business development strategies are part of the role.Additionally, your duties will involve corporate communications, ATL/BTL activities, following up on customer requests and complaints, assisting in sales, analyzing customer needs, recommending offers, creating/updating presentations, monitoring tenders, and finding suitable opportunities.Key skills required for this position include a successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation, excellent verbal and written communication, working experience in sales techniques, proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, ability to plan and manage resources, and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Your analytical skills should cover public relations, brand awareness, internal and external communications, social media, content management, and more.Female candidates will be preferred for this position.,
