Job Overview \Helpers a high-performing Sales Consultant to drive business growth in the HVAC industry. This role involves securing product specifications for EC fans in tender documents and fostering strong relationships with consultants and authorities. \

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Promote and secure EC fan specifications in tender documents for HVAC projects (new builds & retrofit). \
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with M&E consultants, design firms, and relevant government authorities. \
  • Identify new business opportunities, track competitor activities, and stay ahead of industry trends. \
  • Deliver product presentations, training, and technical advice to consultants and stakeholders. \
  • Work with internal teams to provide documentation and prepare regular sales reports. \
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. \
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform sales strategies. \
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets. \\(/ul)\

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • \
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline. \
  • 3–5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, preferably with consultant sales. \
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems & energy-efficient technologies (experience with EC fans a plus). \
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. \
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. \
  • Advantageous Certifications: Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Green Mark Professional (Singapore), HVAC-related certifications (e.g., ASHRAE, LEED AP). \\(/ul)\
