Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Merchandising Manager to lead the Leather Goods category across the SEAO region. This role is instrumental in curating an elevated product assortment while driving commercial success.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with retail, marketing, CRM, and visual merchandising teams to achieve targets and enhance the customer experience. A deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior, paired with strong analytical acumen and leadership capabilities, is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute seasonal merchandising strategies that reflect the brand's luxury positioning and aesthetic
  • Partner with retail, and clienteling teams to curate collections tailored to regional markets
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to optimize product mix and inventory levels
  • Lead the implementation of in-store product launches, capsule collections, exclusive events, and store openings
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to align merchandising with campaign storytelling and brand moments

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of merchandising managerial experience gained within a fashion and/or luxury environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, especially great Excel skills are required
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
  • Precision, strong time management, and organizational skills
  • High availability and responsiveness
  • Good time management, able to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
