**We’re looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented 360 Project Manager to lead visual merchandising (VM) and marketing-related projects for luxury retail brands. You’ll manage print production and video adaptation work across multiple markets, ensuring all deliverables are high quality and aligned with brand standards.**

**What You’ll Do**:
Project Management & Delivery
- Lead the full project lifecycle for VM and marketing campaigns, focusing on print and video-related outputs.
- Understand client goals and turn them into clear execution plans.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and production partners.
- Identify and solve problems early to avoid delays or quality issues.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Be the primary point of contact for luxury retail clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and smooth communication.
- Provide expert advice on visual merchandising, print, and video solutions that enhance brand presence.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to deliver brand-aligned assets.

Production Oversight & Quality Control
- Supervise print production and installation processes to meet high-end brand standards.
- Manage video adaptation tasks like resizing, reformatting, and localizing content.
- Ensure all outputs follow brand guidelines and technical requirements.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least 5 years of project management experience in luxury retail, marketing, or production.
- Solid background in visual merchandising, print production, and video editing/adaptation.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting with great attention to detail.
- Familiar with production workflows, digital content adaptation, and in-store activations.
- Experience using project management tools is a bonus.
- Strong understanding of luxury client expectations and quality standards.
