A **leading luxury brand** client is looking for an **experienced Merchandising Director** to join its regional hub in **Singapore**.

**Key responsibilities**
- Develop and drive end-to-end merchandising strategies across the region, achieving the business goals and global product visions
- Lead the merchandising team to achieving accurate and on-strategy showroom buying, oversee inventory levels and deliveries to maintain optimal target stock level, drive robust and proactive stocks management to overachieving sales and sell-through targets
- Deliver strategic business and merchandising analytical insights and present performance dashboard and reports to global and regional leadership teams
- Initiate or partner with various departments including Retail, Marketing, VM, CRM for pre-season, in-season, and post-season merchandising/buying management
- Champion the voice and product needs of the region to global headquarter
- Develop and groom the merchandising team capabilities and succession planning

**Key requirements**
- 15+ years of merchandising/buying experiences in varied product categories, across leathergoods, ready-to-wear, footwear, accessories
- High sensitivity to fashion trends and luxury consumers behaviours, deep passion in luxury, excellent commercial acumen
- Agile, articulate, results-driven, collaborative personality
