**Job Summary
The Visual Merchandising Executive will support, design & execute the VM requirements for all stores in Singapore. He/She will work with the Senior Visual Merchandiser, and various teams to ensure timely launch & identify issues against VM guidelines & standards. The incumbent will take on project management such as new artworks, display layout, and etc. He/She plays a key role to improve the in-store shopping experience so as to help the brand to meet the set business objectives.

**Job Description
- Work closely with Senior Visual Merchandiser, and related teams (Trade Marketing, Marketing, etc) on VM launch schedule
- Responsible for stores’ visual merchandising and to deliver within stipulated timeline
- Manage external suppliers & vendors to ensure setup is done in a timely manner according to brand guidelines
- Sourcing & producing visual merchandising materials locally when required
- Conduct regular checks to ensure display compliance & provide guidance to retailstaff
- Liaise with printing vendor for stores (e.g Banners, Posters and Prints, Budget Cost of Printing)
- Graphic works for both online and offline to ensure consistency
- A point of contact between HQ and Senior Director, Sales, Marketing and Stores
- Assist in store layout and visual with Senior Director, Sales and Marketing
- Reporting to HQ with entire project execution (before and after projects are done)

**Qualification and Experience
- Minimum Diploma holder in Visual Merchandising or similar field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Preferably from beauty retail background

**Skill Sets
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & MS Office
- Basic Video Editing Software Skills
- Has a Creative design & visual display

- Equipped with good communication skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
