As a Luxury In-Store Visual Merchandiser, your role is to create visually captivating and immersive displays within our luxury retail environment. You will collaborate with the retail and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute visual merchandising strategies that enhance the brand image, attract customers, and drive sales. Your creative vision and attention to detail will play a critical role in creating an exceptional and engaging shopping experience for our clientele.

**The role**

Visual Merchandising Strategy and Planning:

- Collaborate with the retail and marketing teams to develop visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Research industry trends, competitor displays, and customer preferences to ensure innovative and captivating visual presentations.
- Plan and execute floor layouts, window displays, product placements, and signage to create visually appealing and cohesive storytelling environments.

Display Execution and Maintenance:

- Create visually stunning and compelling displays using a combination of merchandise, props, lighting, and graphics.
- Arrange products in an aesthetically pleasing manner, considering color, texture, scale, and composition to highlight key features and promote sales.
- Regularly refresh displays to create visual interest and showcase new arrivals or seasonal collections.
- Ensure displays are well-maintained, clean, and organized, making necessary adjustments and replenishments as needed throughout the day.

Product Knowledge and Brand Consistency:

- Stay informed about the luxury brand's product offerings, features, and unique selling points to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, aesthetics, and quality across all visual merchandising displays.
- Collaborate with the retail team to train and educate sales associates on visual merchandising techniques and the brand's visual standards.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with the retail and marketing teams to align visual merchandising efforts with marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Coordinate with store management and operations teams to ensure the timely execution of visual merchandising plans and implementation of necessary fixtures or equipment.
- Communicate visual merchandising guidelines, updates, and standards to store staff, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Proven experience as a visual merchandiser, preferably within the luxury retail industry.
- Strong artistic and creative abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of visual aesthetics.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using design software and visual merchandising tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed for special events or store openings.
