**Key areas of Responsibilities**

**_Visual Standards _**
- Execute visual display presentation to uphold and maintain VM standards of the stores in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Possess a well-developed understanding of the visual presentation standards and able to support both the administrative and creative needs of the business.
- Ensure products are displayed according to Brand standards and current guidelines.

**_Communication and coordination _**
- Participate weekly meetings with VM and Operations team in order to be aware of market’s needs.
- Work closely with retail team to brief every display change maintenance.
- Provide visual coaching / training to In-Store VMs, Store Managers and retail team.
- Work with the Operations Manager/ Marketing Manager/ AVP Creative Design in determining specific visual needs, such as fixtures, image photos, and point of sale materials for the store.
- Coordinate with Operations & Store Leaders to schedule appropriate time for floor set, shipping processes and receiving merchandise to make sure that merchandise is ready before being displayed for sale in the store.
- Prepare and setup of any new store opening.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors, source for props when necessary.
- Work with the colleagues as a team, sharing suggestions with VMs and instore VM on ideas and changes.
- Follow up on all VM related paperwork such as raising POs and submission of invoices.
- Prepare monthly VM report to Visual Merchandising AVP.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the superior.

**_Events and launches _**
- Setup various events and functions when required. Work with Public Relations agency / Operations Department for all event visual setup.
- Prepare for promotional events/ launches which could include contributing ideas for the whole set-up and dismantling displays at the end of promotional period.

**_VM Maintenance _**
- Day to Day Visual Merchandising Maintenance Checks environment to maintain luxury retail standards, ensuring lighting, windows, props and furniture are in excellent condition.
- Ensure all stores have necessary VM elements for all products and to look into inventory management and orders.

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience preferably in luxury fashion industry
- Good eye for merchandise presentation
- Excellent communication skills with positive disposition
- Highly adaptable, dependable and strong enthusiasm to learn
- Ability to multi-task and work with tight timeline
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Possess a professional and positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point)
- Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
