**Our Client**:
Our client is one of the luxury fashion brands originating from Milan. We seek a Regional Senior Visual Merchandiser to implement the HQ Visual Merchandising guidelines for all Singapore and Thailand stores

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in setting up and coordinate new store or pop up store opening.
- Collaborate with in-store VM ambassadors to maintain a tidy and clean display at all times, in accordance with the guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, Retail, and Buying departments, to create innovative displays and promotional materials that enhance the customer experience.
- Liaise and coordinate with external agencies and vendors for print/production and quality control.
- Monitor and analyze visual merchandising performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Planning and roll-out of all product rotations according to the VM calendar in partnership with store management team.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 5 years’ experience in fashion industry, with solid experience in retail visual merchandising.
- Understanding of both Visual Merchandising insights and business challenges
- Creativity with interest in fashion, design and art.
- Well organized, good time management, positive and can work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and visual eye for style and display composition.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Show flexibility regarding working schedule when required (such as late nights and week-ends).
