Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and experienced Visual Merchandising Supervisor to lead the planning and execution of visual merchandising strategies across our retail network in Singapore. This role will work closely with the Global VM team and take the lead on special projects, store openings, and cross-functional VM initiatives to enhance brand presence and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main liaison between Global VM team and local execution teams, ensuring alignment with global visual standards. Lead and coordinate visual merchandising strategies across all retail stores in Singapore. Manage special projects such as store openings, seasonal campaigns, and VM innovation initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Retail Operations, and Merchandising teams to ensure cohesive execution. Provide training, guidance, and quality control support to store teams on visual standards and execution. Monitor and review in-store VM execution and propose improvements based on customer flow, sales performance, and local insights. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or related field. At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in retail visual merchandising, with regional or global brand exposure preferred. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, vendors, and multiple store formats. Proficiency in design and rendering software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, 3Ds Max). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with HQ counterparts.
