This laboratory is supported by our affiliate in SGS Hong Kong, The Lab (Asia) Limited to service our customers in Singapore. About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction materials industry and a strong network within the local construction and building sector. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell a wide range of construction materials to contractors, developers, architects, and consultants. Identify and develop new business opportunities and client accounts. Deliver product presentations and provide technical recommendations to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and contribute to strategic planning. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and proposals. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, technical support) to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the construction or building materials industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
