Job Description:

A Senior Cybersecurity Manager is required to lead opportunity development efforts, taking ownership of the solution design process. This involves selecting and utilizing the best-fitting technology, delivery, and support processes to ensure customer satisfaction.

This role requires effective engagement with all levels across a customer's organization, including C-level executives. The successful candidate will negotiate with customers and effectively close business deals while preparing, presenting, and conveying the benefits of solutions in bid proposals and presentations.

  • Understand customer businesses and identify influencers and decision-makers within a customer organization.
  • Develop strong value propositions to help customers meet their business objectives.
  • Negotiate and close business deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Review, edit, and optimize documents for technical accuracy and clarity.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to technical authors.
  • Identify and summarize main obligations and risks of contracts.
  • Support negotiation of contracts and bridge gaps between legal, technical, and commercial solutions.
  • Ensure revenue targets are met through proper planning, monitoring, and forecasting.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years' proven customer engagement track record in Telecommunications or IT industry.
  • Qualifications in Security technologies, practices, methodologies, and standards.
  • Professional information security certifications or related security product certifications preferred.
  • Understanding of the Security industry and evolution of technologies, threats causing vulnerabilities.
  • Proficient in 2 or more of the following technologies: Palo Alto, Trend Micro, FireEye, Checkpoint, McAfee, RSA, Symantec, Fortinet, Cisco.
  • Independent and resourceful team player with genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent support to internal and external customers.
