Overview
Position: Inside Sales Representative/Executive (ORDER PROCESSING)
Location: Near Somerset MRT
Working hours: 5 days a week, Monday – Friday: 9am to 6pm (2-3 days work from home after probation)
Duration: Permanent
Industry: Manufacturer of stainless steels and alloys
Salary: Up to $4200 + AWS + 14 days Annual Leave
Responsibilities
Process inquiries and enter customer orders
Develop positive and productive relationship with assigned accounts and serve as point person/expert on specific customers' needs
Provide customer service for accounts and interact with customers via email, fax and telephone
Monitor and assist in maintenance of general and custom and market inventory and make appropriate recommendations to Manager and Outside sales person
Maintain effective working relationship with Outside Sales person and all other cross-functional personnel
Adhere to all company policy, procedures and work rules
Perform special assignments as required
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business/Engineering is preferred
SAP or ERP experience will be an added advantage
Experience/knowledge in dealing with Industrial/Engineered Products will be an added advantage
Minimum 2 years Relevant Work Experience Preferred
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
