Job Opportunity
NIE invites candidates to join the Corporate Planning & Development Office (CPDO) as a Senior/Assistant Manager, Corporate Planning and Development (3-year contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with NTU counterparts to implement new initiatives and share health and safety information.
- Formulate and evaluate health and safety policies and services to build a strong safety culture.
- Facilitate Enterprise Risk Management programme and track key risks.
- Support assistant directors in corporate planning initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for department activities.
Requirements
- A University degree.
- At least three years of experience in occupational workplace health and safety management.
- Strong experience in ISO documentation and risk assessments.
- Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) would be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong in Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and an eye for detail.
- A highly motivated individual who can multi-task and work independently.
- Ability to work well under pressure with different levels of people.
