Role and Responsibilities
Play a critical role in helping the school remain an employer of choice for academic and expatriate hires.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including managing all in-house and outsourced services throughout the recruitment, onboarding and relocation lifecycle.
Proactively develop new ideas and innovative approaches for continuous improvement in global mobility (repatriation and expatriation).
Prepare employment contracts and corresponding compensation packages.
Support expatriates’ welfare, claims, benefits, salary reviews, insurance, and related processes.
Supervise and support the executives / assistants on HR-related matters.
Prepare data reports and present findings to senior leadership and the P&C Manager.
Support whole-school events and perform other duties as assigned by management, stakeholders and line managers.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Human Resource Management (or equivalent).
3–5 years of relevant HR experience in expatriate management or analytics.
Experience in an international school environment is preferred.
Knowledge of Singapore employment act and HR-related government regulatory acts.
Strong IT skills (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides; Microsoft Office with advanced functions such as VLOOKUP and mail merge).
Knowledge of HRIS systems; experience with Engage, G-Suite and SAP is a must.
Ability to analyze data and identify trends in recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and regulatory compliance.
