Expat HR Executive

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Division: Human Resource
Reports to: Manager
**FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH **all departments in Company related to expats HR, especially Accounts, GA Department and Murata Japan HQ's HR Department
**POSITION PROFILE**
**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Organize incoming/outgoing expats visa/orientation preparation and execution
- Expats payroll administration management
- Expats income tax administration, compiling the data and submitting to agent for payment of tax management
- Expats benefit administration (housing/claims/special leave etc.) management
- Expats budget and expense allocation respectively according to the regulation management
- Conduct Board of Inquiry related to Expats HR management key duties and responsibilities on all the above stated duties
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor, Department or Division managers
- Working location in Yishun plant but will be required to work Tuas plant regularly based on importance of face-to-face meeting
**ABILITY/COMPETENCY REQUIRED**:
- At least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or requivalent is preferable
- Relevant working experience in administration field, and experience with handling foreigner's work pass related issues will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask
- Able to work OT if required or to cope with urgent issues
- Positive attitude in challenging work environment
- Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
