Our purpose is to help people _live happier and healthier lives _and we aspire to be our customers’ first choice for _clean, natural, healthy, and delicious food _; whether they are buying ingredients in our grocery stores (physical or digital) to prepare an epic feast themselves or simply to enjoy a great meal in one of our café-bistros.
We are a mission driven, _fast-growing _company. We opened our first store in February 2016 to fill a gap in the market for the type of _high quality _all-natural _food that we would love to feed our own families. We now have six stores, an e-commerce platform and three café-bistros with more than 250 team members. We are now on the lookout for a **_People & Culture (Human Resources) Executive, Recruitment _**to join our team
- This role will have primary focus on Recruitment; reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture and will be part of a strong and supportive team. There will be ample opportunities to learn with both internal and external training options with room to grow in a fast, hypergrowth environment.
**Role of People & Culture Executive, Recruitment**
- **Recruitment**:
- Responsible for pre-onboarding process of new team members which encompasses collation of required documentation, reference checks, and signing of contract
- Support onboarding process covering initial new-hire orientation process, organizational learning and its structure, culture, vision, mission, and values
- Assist in offboarding process of resigned team members involving required paperwork, knowledge transference if required, recovery of Company assets, and exit interview
- **Team Member Engagement**:
- Assist the Head of People & Culture in upkeep of a highly engaged organization for a positive, transparent, and passionate work environment for all team members by fostering a sense of community and team building
- Key liaison towards assigned business unit/s for all work-related queries e.g., team member benefits, career roadmap, learning opportunities, and performance review
- Make team member well-being a priority; flexible, nimble, and open with team member feedback when received or shared
- **Training, Learning & Development**
- Assist Head of People & Culture, and relevant Business Unit Head/s in ensuring training, learning and development needs are efficiently met
- Source and recommend suitable training materials and courses when required
- Tracking of training information
- Participate in conduct of new-hire orientation programme
- **Other Responsibilities**
- Support other areas of People & Culture when required, such as Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Policies & Procedures
- Any other duties as assigned by the Head of People & Culture
**Experience & Skills**:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Psychology from a recognised institution
- HR Certification e.g., IHRP certification will be advantageous
- Possess high level of discretion and attention to detail
- Experience in HR Systems such as Employment Hero, Info-Tech, Times Software, Carbonate HR, Brio HR, ProSoft, PeopleSoft will be advantageous
- Ability to work well under time constraints
- Team player with willingness to learn
