As a Manager, Bid Commercial, you will be responsible for reviewing bid financials, developing cost/pricing models, preparing P&L and cash flow analyses, and ensuring pricing aligns with corporate targets. Skilled in coaching bid teams, supporting credit checks, and responding to customer commercial clarifications. Proven ability to manage multiple deals, deliver robust bid governance reviews, and contribute to the development of bid management best practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, ideally within IT or multinational environments. The ideal candidate should possess: Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Experience in bid management, commercial analysis, and pricing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to coach and guide teams on financial and commercial aspects Knowledge of corporate finance guidelines and governance best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field We are driven by our AEIOU beliefs—Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity —and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
