Job Details:
- Coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and educational verifications for new staff.
- Prepare induction kits and documents for onboarding process.
- Assist executives with administrative tasks related to offboarding staff.
- Collate staff card orders and prepare corresponding documentation.
- Support the printing of stickers and preparation of birthday vouchers.
- Update employee gift declaration records and catalogues.
- Manage mail collection and distribution.
- Follow up on employee engagement survey actions, including focus group arrangements and logistics.
- File hard copies of documents and assist in scanning documents for electronic filing.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in HR is advantageous.
- Ability to commit for at least 3 months and longer.
- Willingness to start work immediately or on short notice.
