Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage the scheduling and coordination of assigned courses.
Provide administrative and logistical support for training sessions and events, including registration, inquiries, data entry, and room or virtual platform setup (e.g., Zoom).
Offer ongoing support to trainers/facilitators and participants throughout training sessions.
Perform month-end account reconciliations for each course.
Provide exceptional and timely customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with operational requirements for company bootcamps, including site and materials preparation, event coordination, photography, and overall event management.
Help develop and prepare training and promotional materials.
Offer administrative support for various tasks related to training courses.
Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of interacting professionally with diverse groups.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrates professional phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands while maintaining attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a culturally diverse environment and collaborating with people from various backgrounds.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills, able to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently.
Ability to stay productive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
