Job responsibilities:
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports and submission such as registration of new products and products forecasts submission, etc.
- Communicate and liaise with HQ related to work
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, meetings and events
- Taking meeting minutes
- Interpret written or spoken material into Japanese language, ensures meaning and context are maintained
- Other ad hoc tasks requested by the management
Job requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Administrative or equivalent
- Min 2-3 years of relevant secretary experience or related experience
- Having experience in Secretary position or admin will be a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Japanese language for document translation/interpretation and to liaise with Japan HQ and Japanese-speaking counterparts
- Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office
