Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and manage high-volume patient inquiries
  • Provide clear information about dental procedures and clinic services
  • Follow up with patients to confirm bookings and reduce no-shows
  • Identify patient needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Work with the Customer Service Department
  • Assist with administrative tasks and daily clinic operations
  • Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by management
  • Assist with healthcare or insurance industries

Requirements:

  • Min 2 years experience in clinic
  • Min Nitec
  • Working hours 5.5 days a week (Weekends WFH)
  • Proficient in computer skills
