About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our managed healthcare team and drive the development of our healthcare service provider network. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills to build strategic partnerships with panel providers, drive value and quality of care, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare service providers to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and efficient delivery of services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues, implement process improvements, and enhance service efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote our healthcare services to target audiences and increase market share.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in healthcare or business-related courses.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
