Healthcare Liaison Specialist

The role of a Healthcare Liaison is critical in facilitating seamless communication and coordination between healthcare professionals and the nursing home.

  • Organize monthly meetings with service providers and management to discuss operational matters and address any issues that may arise.
  • Collate and verify accurate and timely documentation, such as doctor's log sheets, for submission.
  • Handle queries from service providers and escalate concerns to the management team for resolution when necessary.
  • Manage schedules for medical, dental, and dietitian services across all centers, updating information as needed and disseminating it to relevant parties.
  • Provide administrative support to the nursing department, including coordinating meetings and assisting with quality assurance committee meetings.
  • Assist in managing training nominations and registration processes for nursing training and development matters.
  • Support the Director of Nursing in various administrative tasks as required.
