We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Patient Liaison Specialist. This position plays a vital part in providing exceptional customer service experience at our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and assist high-profile patients with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Perform regular ward visits, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless communication.
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently and provide effective service recovery solutions.
  • Conduct informative hospital tours to showcase our facilities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as contract renewals and roster management.
  • Prepare and facilitate meetings or roll calls as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in any field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles within the service industry.
  • Bilingualism is highly desirable.
  • Pleasant personality with a passion for delivering outstanding service excellence.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • A friendly demeanor and strong listening skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 6 pm.
  • Maximum 42 hours per week.
  • One Saturday per month to support weekend operations and public holidays when necessary.
