This is a key position within our healthcare services. It plays a significant role in enhancing customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contact patients to follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely resolution of issues related to hospital bills.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding payments for hospital bills and provide clear, concise information.
  • Manage accounts receivable to minimize delays and maximize revenue.
  • Provide general support to customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Field patient inquiries and provide billing information in a timely and professional manner.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or healthcare management is preferred, although candidates with equivalent experience may also be considered.
