Patient Care Specialist

This role acts as the primary point of contact for patients, overseeing their care journey from appointment scheduling to follow-up. A compassionate and professional demeanor is essential in this position.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Patient Communication: Serving as the main liaison for patients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinating and scheduling patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of provider availability and patient convenience.
  • Insurance Support: Advising patients on managing insurance policies for medical treatment.
  • Follow-Up Care: Monitoring patient progress, scheduling follow-up appointments, and ensuring adherence to treatment plans.
  • Administrative Support: Performing clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence to support the healthcare team.

Requirements:
  • A' Level, diploma, or university qualifications are welcome to apply.
  • 1 year of clerical, secretarial, or office experience will be advantageous.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • English proficiency is required for liaising with stakeholders and reading relevant documents.
  • Able to work independently.
