Overview Principal AI Specialist, Customer Success is a dynamic customer advisory role responsible for helping customers realize business value quickly using Zendesk AI solutions. The role works across a customer’s organization, from CXO-level to senior customer experience leaders, administrators, and ProdDev teams. The AI Specialist, Customer Success enables customers to achieve outcomes with Zendesk’s Advanced AI Agents, supporting Zendesk’s growth and customer success objectives. Responsibilities Drive AI adoption through outcome-driven engagement throughout the customer journey and act as a product expert for Zendesk’s Advanced AI Agents. Serve as the AI specialist partner in Success for the Customer Success organization, partnering with internal teams to integrate AI into success planning. Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services and Product Development to ensure customers realize value with AI. Proactively manage customer health with outcome-driven engagement and collaborate with Zendesk customers and colleagues to accelerate AI adoption and value realization. Develop and maintain mutual Success Plans with customers, outlining objectives, initiatives, success metrics, and a roadmap for future AI projects to maximize value and renewal. Advocate for the customer within Zendesk, channeling prioritized data-driven feedback to the product development team. Deliver a heightened customer experience through proactive, prescriptive guidance, and link adoption to quantified business outcomes. Build strong relationships with customer leaders at all levels and across functions within the customer organization. Additional responsibilities Forge strong relationships with the Zendesk
