Brief Overview Of The Role As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will act as a trusted advisor, managing all aspects of the customer lifecycle. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, ensuring successful deployment of X0PA AI’s platform and products while driving customer satisfaction and happiness. You will also manage the alignment of customers’ long-term goals with X0PA AI’s products and services.
