We are looking for a Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth within the ASEAN Market. If you're a results-oriented sales professional with a track record in similar roles, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to the expansion of a transformative enterprise software company and advance your career. You will report to the Manager of the ASEAN & GCR Sales Development team and play a pivotal role in this journey. The Impact You Will Have Cultivate expertise in value-based selling, big data, and AI. Evaluate and prioritize inbound leads from Marketing initiatives. Craft outbound strategies featuring personalized emails, cold calls, and social selling to qualify opportunities. Devise outreach campaigns targeting diverse buyer levels, including senior executives, to unlock opportunities in critical target accounts. Identify and uncover client requirements, progressing discussions into sales prospects by showing how Databricks can address data-related challenges. What We Look For Preferably a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inbound and outbound sales and inquiries. Proficiency in understanding technical concepts with a genuine enthusiasm for technology. Determination and courage to excel and contribute to the growth of a leading enterprise software company. History of consistent, quantifiable achievements in previous roles. Curiosity and eagerness to continually learn in the big data/AI sector. A strong sense of ownership and accountability. Bahasa Indonesia language proficiency is required to deal with clients in the Indonesia region. About Databricks Databricks is the data and AI company.
