Job Title: Product Launch Strategist
Role Overview:
As a Product Launch Strategist, you will be responsible for leading the launch and growth of pillar products using your expertise in product, market, and consumer trends. Your goal is to contribute to the continued growth of the brand and consumer relationship.
Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Dive into consumer and market insights and competition strategies to provide recommendations to management.
  • Promote new product launches and drive growth on pillar products through effective promotional and advertising efforts.
  • Implement new product launches on time and strive to maintain growth on pillar products.
  • Develop and propose promotional and trade marketing plans for products.
  • Manage budgets to maximize return on investment.
  • E nsure sales forecast accuracy for demand planning.
  • Mobilize and collaborate with other departments (sales, logistics, education, etc.) and partner agencies to build a broader business strategy.
  • Make recommendations to management based on your expertise of the consumer, market, and competitors.
  • Interact effectively with other departments (global brand team, sales, supply chain, finance controlling, training etc.) to support marketing objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • University graduate or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of beauty products/categories.
  • Experience in research and market data analysis.
  • Knowledge of travel retail dynamics/environment and competitors, markets trends and consumers.
  • Good financial sense and understanding of luxury service industry.
  • Willingness to learn, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
