WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....
This role requires strategic mindset and the ability to join the dots across different assets, and understand the stakeholder and business challenges and opportunities. This role would also allow the staff to gain a broad understanding of the multi-facets of the business, be very close to the many strategic and tactical developments of the company, and have the ability to piece together a coherent and impactful customer proposition
- Lead the creation, development and implementation of customer value propositions, and assets which incorporates our products and services, to differentiate AIA from the competition and grow customer engagement/satisfaction with AIA
- Responsible for orchestrating, aligning the many facets of USPs of assets that cut across customers, distribution, media and other relevant stakeholders
- Responsible for the concerted delivery of all asset launches ie products, segments, campaigns, digital, analytics across all distribution channels. This includes the development of launch strategy and communications plan, coordination and management of all activities and timeline leading up to launch, in working with all stakeholders
- Understand the USPs and positioning, and think further on the use case, scalability and impact of one asset on other aspects of the business; always be thinking about what call outs are relevant for what situations and stakeholders; look for the positives.
- Ensure understanding, alignment and support from all internal stakeholders; working in collaboration with cross-functional and cross-divisional teams for effective co-ordination of activities
- Analyse the effectiveness of customer value propositions that have been rolled out and provide insights/recommendations to help shape the positioning and narrative with a focus on the target customer segment.
- Keep abreast on industry trends, emerging issues and market changes, and where necessary conduct further research to identify opportunities and threats
- Ensure strategy and activities are in line with overall AIA strategy
Key Requirements:
- Good degree preferably in Business or related discipline with minimum 3 years of working experience
- Analytical with ability to synthesise data and information to logically structure and derive insights
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative thinking, attention to details and a focus on delivering results
- Positive attitude and willingness to share and learn
- Independent, resourceful and adaptable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in life insurance, strategy and/or marketing and communications functions would be a plus
