Product Launch Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Launch Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Product Launch Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful launch of new products.
Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches. This includes coordinating with sales, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth project execution.
You will also be responsible for communicating technical requirements and trade-offs to development teams, managing testing, verification, and deployment of new features, and assisting in managing user expectations and gathering feedback post-launch.
In addition, you will support data processing and reporting tasks related to project outcomes and assist with administrative or operational duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand business insights
- Self-driven, organized, and proactive in managing tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus
