Compliance Expertise in Product Launches
The role involves providing comprehensive compliance oversight for product launches across various business units. This entails ensuring that regulatory requirements are met, and best practices are embedded in products and services.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing compliance plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Working closely with subject matter experts and local/regional MLROs to implement controls, conduct testing, and ensure timely launch of products.
- Participating in regular meetings with business units to discuss regulatory requirements and external partner commitments.
- Reviewing and implementing regulatory changes, as well as providing training to the business as needed.
- Analyzing regulatory developments impacting product offerings.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in financial regulatory industries, preferably at a fintech or crypto-native business.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Financial regulatory expertise.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
