**Job Title:** Product Launch Specialist
Overview of the RoleThe Product Launch Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth introduction of new products into our manufacturing process. This involves overseeing the entire product launch cycle, from preparation to execution, and guaranteeing that all aspects are aligned with our company's standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the full New Product Introduction (NPI) process at the plant level.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and HQ to ensure seamless product launches.
- Develop and update Bills of Materials (BOM) to support assembly operations.
- Manage and maintain data in the SFC and SAP systems.
- Understand and assist with server and rack assembly processes.
- Support packaging design for racks and large-scale assemblies.
- Drive or contribute to Kaizen and other continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide hands-on support during production ramp-up phases.
- Participate in ISO audits, both internal and external.
To succeed as a Product Launch Specialist, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably with exposure to NPI or process engineering.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with a practical, hands-on work style.
