Product Strategist

We are seeking a versatile and ownership-minded product strategist to join our growing team in the healthcare & wellness space.

About the Role
  • This role is at the heart of our product development process, responsible for understanding user needs, defining product strategy, and guiding the development and launch of new features and products.
Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:
    • Develop and maintain a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with our goals and market opportunities within the healthcare & wellness sector.
    • Identify and prioritize product opportunities based on user needs, market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights.
    • Translate the product strategy into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Product Development & Execution:
    • Manage the product backlog, prioritize features and enhancements, and ensure alignment with the product roadmap.
    • Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
    • Participate in agile development processes (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews) to ensure efficient and effective execution.
    • Monitor and analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on product features based on data and user feedback.
  • User Research & Customer Empathy:
    • Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and workflows within the healthcare & wellness context.
    • Plan and execute various user research methodologies (e.g., user interviews, surveys, usability testing) to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
    • Analyze user research findings and translate them into actionable product insights and improvements.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare & wellness user landscape, including industry trends.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication:
    • Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, sales, marketing, and customer support.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product success.
    • Act as a product evangelist, representing the product and its value proposition.
