Position Statement:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the hotel’s recruitment strategy plan, driving recruitment activities to ensure effectiveness meets hotel business requirements while maintaining and improving the standards as the best employer brand in the market.
What will you be doing?
Assist with the annual recruitment strategy plan and ensure implementation to fill qualified candidates for open positions.
Maintain and explore effective recruitment channels, execute recruitment activities, and keep a good relationship with these networks.
Responsible for promptly posting all open positions on recruitment channels, ensuring advertisement content meets brand standards.
Source candidates, conduct first interviews for positions below director level, and arrange interviews with hiring managers.
Participate in site inspections and execute recruitment activities with government agencies, including schools and universities.
Manage candidates’ resumes and personal information, establishing an effective reporting system for recruitment activities.
Analyze recruitment effectiveness and market situations, proposing adjustments to Human Resources leaders for consideration.
Provide candidates timely feedback and communicate onboarding requirements, assisting in the onboarding process.
Maintain hotel and brand reputation through professional behavior.
Involved in campus agreements, recruitment platform agreements, and outsourcing contracts, monitoring service quality during contract periods.
Organize intern communication sessions and follow up on the intern program to maximize conversion rates.
Update and monitor recruitment and Human Resources related systems data, carrying out trainings as well.
Deliver accurate recruitment reports promptly.
Prepare and update recruitment information for media platforms.
Assist the Human Resources team with other related matters, such as personal profile management and team activities.
What are we looking for?
Degree in Human Resources or Hospitality related/relevant qualification.
2 to 4 years of experience in a similar capacity with hotels or hospitality establishments.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
Team player who is open-minded and easy-going.
Willing to take on challenges and accept new assignments.
