How you succeed
To excel in this role, you will combine your deep understanding of talent acquisition with a strategic mindset, fostering collaboration and influencing key stakeholders. You will develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices to drive business outcomes. Your leadership expertise will be essential in building and developing high-performing teams, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
What you do
Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, aligned with business objectives and priorities
Provide expert advisory services to senior leaders and hiring managers, ensuring effective talent acquisition and management
Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration
Design and implement effective recruitment processes, leveraging technology, data analytics, and market intelligence
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR partners, and external vendors
Analyze talent acquisition metrics and data, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
Stay abreast of market trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition, ensuring the bank remains competitive and innovative

As a Talent Acquisition Advisory Lead, you will work closely with the HR colleagues, business stakeholders, and external partners to shape the bank's talent acquisition strategy and drive business success.
Qualifications
At least 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 5 years leading a high-performing talent acquisition function, preferably covering a business function
Proven track record of developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, driving business growth and excellence
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in building and developing high-performing teams
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision making
