Job Title: Senior Corporate Governance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled senior corporate governance specialist to join our team. As a key member of our corporate services department, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on company law and governance matters.

  • Supervise junior staff and manage a portfolio of companies including local and multinational corporations.
  • Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties, including incorporation, preparation of directors' resolutions, minutes of board and shareholder's meetings, AGM and striking off documents, and filing of relevant documents with regulatory bodies.
  • Attend clients' meetings and handle client due diligence.
  • Review financial statements in XBRL format and assist with work pass applications for expatriate staff.
  • Provide ad hoc corporate services as required by clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Membership of the Certified Secretaries International Society (CSIS) or equivalent qualification.
  • No less than 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • A meticulous, organized and proactive approach to work, with ability to work independently.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Initiative, responsibility and excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
